Description

Join us on Wednesday, November 29th for a hands-on cooking class for employees. Led by AAMC dietitian, Molly Rusch, this class will focus on healthy holiday recipes. Molly and Dale, the head chef in AAMC’s Doordan Institute, will take you through the steps of making lighter and healthier holiday dishes. This will be a hands-on class with plenty of time for questions.

Details:

Time: 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Location: Catering kitchen, Doordan Institute, 7th Floor, Belcher Pavilion

Cost: $15 per participant

*Class is limited to 12 participants.
