Event description

Description

Strategic partnering is a proven method for achieving greater impact with expanded reach and resources. However, nonprofit partners must overcome their own inherent challenges as each collaborator brings its own vision, mission, and competencies to the collective. To be successful, nonprofit coalitions must create unified, clear goals, as well as a shared timeline and metrics for long term evaluation and improvement of community-wide outcomes.

We will discuss a proven strategy designed to help your organization, your partners, and other community stakeholders get organized, collect information, create and implement an action plan, and evaluate outcomes for continuous improvement. You will learn research-backed best practices to assist you and your collaborative coalition to drive larger scale, lasting impact.
