Over the past decade, organizations have learned that leaders who have a high EQ, who lead with empathy and vision, produce high-performing teams. Senior level executives have access to executive coaching to help them and their teams build these competencies.

In a world of information overload, helping people genuinely process information and connect their goals with innovative ways to solve their problem is an irreplaceable skill for sales leaders. Empathy and purpose are what distinguish sales leaders as trusted partners.

If you're a sales person or managing a sales team and you want to achieve your best performance, invest in yourself and develop these skills. Here’s how you can start!

This workshop combines the principles of Co-Active Leadership Coaching and the most relevant communication techniques and sales coaching practices. This is an experiential workshop where we will dive into real coaching strategies.

In this workshop, you will:

1) Learn how to use empathy, curiosity and self-management to build connections and trust with prospects
2) Learn to apply the three levels of listening and the three levels of conversation to be more coach-like in first-call interactions and throughout the sales process
3) Learn techniques for better questioning, listening, reflecting and supporting
4) Roleplay to integrate the principles you learned in a sales situation you’re currently facing

Fieldwork will be provided to be completed prior to the workshop.
