Emotional Resiliency is the cornerstone of our wellbeing. Our health, wellness, joy, and success in life are dependent on our capacity to remain calm and grounded in the face of everyday challenges. Our ability to respond to our environment in a manner than inspires peace, creativity, productivity, and connection is directly linked to our capability to regulate our nervous system and command our emotional responses.

Join us for a limited series that will teach you how to embody skills for responding effectively to challenging situations and bouncing back from obstacles. This body-based technique will teach you how to live in harmony with your environment, develop full body presence, regulate your stress responses, and ultimately develop sustainable Emotional Resiliency. The principles of Emotional Resiliency will help you become your own healer by teaching you the techniques to combat stress and emotional overwhelm.

The Emotional Resiliency workshop utilizes cutting edge techniques in neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and traumatology combined with a somatic therapy technique called TRE (Tension, Stress, and Trauma Release Exercises) that is designed to teach your nervous system a practical way of releasing tension and stress by activating body's neurogenic tremors. We will move through a series of gentle movements to activate the tremors and let go of tension & stress in a calm and supporting environment.

Our facilitator, Anahita Parseghian, is the creator of the Brain Mastery, a Certified TRE Facilitator, and a Certified Chronic Pain & Neuroplasticity Coach. After suffering from debilitating chronic pain for many years without any real diagnosis, she left her thriving career in the technology sector and committed herself to healing her own body. She was so inspired by the material she found on the Mind-Body connection and Neuroplasticity, that she completed multiple certifications on the subject and developed The Brain Mastery Protocol to help others reprogram their brain for a fulfilling, successful, stress-free, pain-free, and joyous life.

A MINIMUM OF 3 SESSIONS IS REQUIRED TO LEARN THIS PRACTICE TO DO ON YOUR OWN.


WHAT TO BRING:
- Yoga Mat
- Light blanket or shawl
- 2 small pillows (if you have tight hips)
- Please wear loose & comfortable pants

WHO IS THIS FOR:
- TRE is beneficial to everyone especially individuals with anxiety, stress, depression, chronic pain, and physical tension.
- TRE is a great addition to other healing modalities and especially beneficial for preparing for & integrating plant medicine journies of various traditions.
- All ages are welcome.
- Individuals with physical limitations are also welcome. If you have physical limitations that will prevent you from laying on your back, please inform us in advance.
- This practice is not suitable for individuals with brain implants and not encouraged for pregnant women, all other participants are welcome.
