Description

Join the Harvard Ed Portal for a free workshop on developing your emotional intelligence (EQ) for life and work. Participants will learn to recognize and understand emotions in others and themselves, and will use this awareness to manage behavior and build positive relationships. Attendees will receive the book, Emotional Intelligence 2.0 by Travis Bradberry and Jean Greaves and its accompanying Emotional Intelligence Appraisal test at the workshop.

Please note: participants will be asked to complete a brief and free online assessment before the event.
