Retreat Fee: $15.00 (Space Limited.
A nominal fee of $15.00 is included to cover cost of materials & expenses. Any remaining funds will be donated to the pastoral retreat center. (For those in need, fee can be waived. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.)

Lucenscia's (pronounced loo-sense-see-ah) program is designed to be a highly interactive and experiential personal leadership journey for high school teens to help cultivate life skills that enable success, resilience, connection - and fun! - as they navigate the challenging terrain of high school and beyond. It will include an introduction to Emotional Intelligence, secular mindfulness and mindfulness meditation, and more as well as offer tips, tools and practices to enable well-being, healthy stress response and more balanced presence and performance in school and in life.
