Join us the fourth Monday of every month for Emotional Freedom Monday, as we learn to explore "tapping" or Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T.). This technique, led by Rachael Saylors, LMP, is a combination of acupressure and psychology and has the potential to help us create positive changes in many aspects of our lives through identifying and working through patterns that generate stress or dis-ease. We can affect areas such as career issues, relationship challenges, fears, addictions and even physical pain with this practice. It also has remarkable ability to assist with our own intuitive yearning towards wholeness and helps us find and remove old or outgrown patterns of being or behaving.
Rachael will assist you in knowing how to tap, and then lead the group toward more specific tapping topics as directed by the needs and desires of the group. Bring your ideas for topics or come and experience opening through others sharing. This is designed to be a fun and casual yet informative and rich experience that you will be able to continue with on your own or with our group!
