Event description

Description

The OCD Stories presents an afternoon with Mark Freeman. Mark is an author and YouTuber from Canada. Over the years he has built up a loyal following from the great work he does in mental health. Having recovered from OCD and a bunch of other mental illness diagnoses himself he knows first-hand the struggles of the mind and more importantly how to navigate himself out of the unicorn farts and end of the world thinking.

In this afternoon workshop we will do:

We're going to do some exercises to help set you up with practical mental health tools, we'll go through basic meditation skills, and we'll do a live recording of an episode of The OCD Stories podcast. All you have to do is bring your brain and be ready for an exciting evening of mental health adventure and innovation.

This aims to be a fun, and insightful afternoon, having learned some new skills and met some new friends along the way.

Mark and I hope to see you there,

Stu (The OCD Stories)
