Emiliano Achaval will take the stage (screen) at 6:30 Pacific Time from his shop in Hawaii for a live interactive demonstration turning a calabash bowl, and making a repair with traditional Hawaiian Peva (butterfly) patches. Emiliano is one of the most experienced online demonstrators in the woodturning world. In 2020 he presented over 30 virtual demonstrations across the US, Europe as well as "down under". A serious pro and excellent teacher, you can expect an excellent demo.

This demonstration is sponsored by Nevada County California Gold Country Woodturners and is free to club members and at a cost of $10 for other woodturners. The Zoom waiting room will open at 5:30pm (Pacific Standard Time) on Wednesday 24 Feb and the demo itself will start at 6:30pm . Prior to the demo start there will be some club business, announcements, etc. Open to all.
