Bummer! Sales have ended.
Unfortunately, tickets for this event are no longer on sale.
We love new technology. And so do you! So join us for the second event in our Emerging Technology Series. This time around, we'll be talking Bitcoin. And as always, there will be free beer and pizza for you to enjoy while you get the chance to network with other IT professionals.
Not local to Pittsburgh? Not a problem. We are willing to broadcast it to you via Google Hangout. Just let us know and we'll get you set up. You'll just have to provide your own beer and pizza.
So what is it?
Bitcoin is an experimental, decentralized digital currency that enables instant payments to anyone, anywhere in the world. Bitcoin uses P2P technology to operate with no central authority, managing transactions and issuing money are carried out collectively by the network.
Sounds interesting, right? We think so too.
So join us on August 28th from 6 - 8pm to learn about it for FREE. All you have to do is RSVP, it's really quite easy.
If this is your first time joining us for our Emerging Technology series, you should be sure to be there at 6. If you've already attended, there's no need for you to arrive until 6:30. Don't worry, there will be plenty of pizza and beer.
So where is this super fun time taking place? Well, we're glad you asked.
