We get it, you’re hungry and ascending the corporate ladder fast. As a matter of fact, you’re someone who people love to be around … you get it. Senior leadership has had their eye on you for some time, but what they don’t know is, you’re overwhelmed.

Your boss has faith in you and recently rewarded you with additional responsibilities. The problem? The support they’re able to give you doesn’t match what you need to succeed. It isn’t that they don’t want to mentor you … they simply don’t have ample bandwidth.

Figuring out how to do more with less can be frustrating. And, then there is X-factor, which we haven’t mentioned yet … human.

You’re tasked to lead a team and the people therein. This may be your first rodeo with direct reports or the amount of people under your wing just grew substantially. Their success is directly tied to how well you lead, nurture, and serve them.

 This group coaching program is ideal for leaders who:

  • Within the last 12 months were promoted and are leading a new (or larger) department.
  • Have been in their current role for a while and want tools to lead more effectively.
  • Want to learn the ins-and-outs of performance management and how to lead productive “adult conversations.”
  • Want to develop advanced leadership skill-sets to position themselves for their next career advancement (i.e. senior leadership).
  • Have the responsibilities of a manager, senior manager, or director.

Session One: Modeling the way, personal balance and boundaries.

Session Two: Staff excellence and culture of development.

Session Three: Defusing and eliminating weak points.

Session Four: High productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Session Five: Self-management, high quality, and performance.

Session Six: Communication, getting everyone on the same page.

Session Seven: Accountability, responding to situations.

Session Eight: Manage up, how to create partnership with your boss.

Session Nine: Open to the group's needs.

Session 10: Open to the group's needs.

Session 11: Chartering your career and leading your trajectory.

Session 12: Review and lesson learned consolidation.

Who's Leading Your Experience?

Amanda Blanck

Amanda has created trendsetting programs to reshape how our clients lead, live, and love. She is a Certified Professional Coach through Coach U and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a seasoned facilitator.

She has coached leaders ranging from higher education, corporate America, the music industry, and small business. And her lifelong commitment to leadership has earned her the 2016 ATHENA Young Professional award, honoring exemplary women in Nashville, TN.

Amanda is actively involved in several professional organizations to inspire and motivate women to achieve their full potential. She’s is Cable’s Mentoring Committee Chair, a member of the Junior League of Nashville and serves on the boards of the National Association of Women Business Owners Nashville Chapter and the International Coaching Federation Tennessee Chapter.


FAQs

What if I don't get value from the program?

In the event you put your "all" – we mean 100% – into this coaching program and don't believe you are gaining the adaquate value, we ask you to communicate with us immediately so we can make adjustments as needed (or educate you on our process).  If you stick with it and still believe your instructor and the program are not delivering, we'll return your investment.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, as long as we know on week before the series begins. Once the coaching program starts, you cannot transfer your registration.

When does the program start and end?

We'll start on August 2, 2016 and implement a sessions every other week for six months.

What is the exact schedule?

Every other Tuesday, twelve 75 minute sessions, from 1:30 pm - 2:45 pm CT.
