Presented by Montclair State University College of Science and Mathematics (CSAM) in collaboration with CPES and sponsored by LSRPA, this UPDATED AND REVISED one-day program will provide a comprehensive look at the latest practical developments regarding Emerging Contaminants.

The keynote presentation, “EMERGING CONTAMINANTS – WHERE ARE WE HEADED?” By John A. Simon, Editor-in-Chief, Remediation Journal will provide the latest insights based on a comprehensive review of what is happening across the country in various states and at a national level.

Hear about the latest up-to-date regulatory developments in NJ, PA and EPA. Also learn the practical implications to on going remediation cases and business transactions from leading technical, legal, financial and business professionals.This will include latest developments in the NJDEP Site Remediation Program and the Pennsylvania PFAS Action Team.


We will also hear from the financial community as to how the issues associated with Emerging Contaminants are impacting business transactions.
