About this event

Notice how the trees do not cling to their leaves;

they release the old to make room for the new.”

These past two years have been unlike any we’ve gone through before; and they’ve changed us all in some ways. This experience is a time to reflect on what has shown up for your during this unprecedented time, consider what you might want to take (and leave) from this season, and how you might step forward.

Through both individual and group-based activities, including reflection, journaling, meditation and prayer, this time together is designed to leave you with a greater sense of peace, intention, and openness as we continue to emerge from this period.

Grounding our day in reflections by Joyce Rupp our morning session will include working with the 'Life Wheel' exercise and a guided meditation. Following a mid-day break for lunch and optional walk on the Peace Path, we will gather together for a creative prayer experience in the Art Studio, ending our day together with sharing and a final reflection.

Plan to bring your own sack lunch, water bottle and seasonal coat/jacket with comfortable shoes for an (optional) outdoor walk. All other materials are provided.

Saturday November 5, 9:00am - 2:00pm - doors open at 8:45

Registration by Monday October 31st is required

Note: Our in-person offerings require masks in public spaces and current vaccinations
