Embracing Change in a Mindful Way
Tue, May 9, 2017, 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM BST
Embracing change in a mindful way
The only thing constant is change. Everything changes; some change fast whilst others change slowly. Change, however, is inevitable. Embracing change is one of the core aspects of mindful living.
In this 1.5 hour workshop, you will explore change in practical exercises; showing how Mindfulness techniques can help you embrace change in an inspiring, constructive and positive way. This workshop can inspire you to see change in a different way, acknowledge change, and learning to let go of resistances.
