Embracing Best Practice - Introduction to Agile Software Engineering Practices is run by Paul Flewelling an Agile scrum master and coach.

We want to move fast, but building software is complex. More often than not when a deadline looms quality is the first thing to suffer.  Agile software development practices help us embrace this rapidly changing environment and give the whole team the confidence to deliver.

In this session one of our technical team members (who is also a Scrum master) will cover the following topics:

  •  Definition of Done
  • Technical Debt
  • Quality and Velocity
  • Key Agile software engineering practices
  • Continuous Integration
  • Test Driven Development,
  • Behaviour Driven Development
  • Pair Programming

During this session we’ll facilitate hands-on activities demonstrating Agile software engineering practices.

You’ll have an understanding of how Agile software engineering practices can help your team deliver high quality products.
