Have you ever found yourself saying things like “don’t judge me” or “I’m eating my feelings”?
Do you want to have a healthier relationship when it comes to your daily food habits?
Are you looking to understand the deeper food and mood connections to enhance your mental and emotional health?
This is the space for you!
Pittsburgh-based author and speaker, Lindsey Smith is headed to Berkeley touring on her new book, Eat Your Feelings. It’s the only cookbook that focuses on eating for your emotional and mental health.
Lindsey is joining forces with Big Yoga Life founder, Angela Fisher for an evening around food, mood, body positivity, and self-care.
In our time together, we’ll create space and conversation around food, our bodies, and our feelings.
Lindsey will be sharing snacks and insights from her new book and Angi will lead us in a powerful grounding exercise. We’ll also do some self-love activities to help you foster a deeper connection to yourself and your body.
The evening will include:
-
Light snacks focused around emotions
-
Opening and closing circle
-
Journaling and writing exercises
-
Book signing and Q&A
