This free 3-day vibration, deep listening & sound workshop reveals rich and effective practices that yoga teachers and practitioners can use right now to:

• Learn simple self-regulation techniques to center yourself for the holidays
• Gain access to and comfort with the chanting voice as a tool for inner calm
• Reduce anxiety by learning to trust your own self-created sound
• Claim a deeper connection to a peaceful, unifying source

During an informative and meditative hour each day over the 3-days, you will learn practices you can implement immediately to create calm as well as to enhance your teaching, your leadership and your life!

About your trainer:

For more than 25 years, Dev Suroop Kaur, E-RYT500 & YACEP, has been training students and teachers in the transformational practices of Yoga and, specifically, in accessing the beauty and power of the voice, effectively chanting mantras, and how to confidently and comfortably teach and train others in the use of mantras and chanting. She is a chant leader and vocalist with a wide-selection of chant, meditation and kirtan recordings.
