Class Description: The goal of this fun and informal class is to learn to be present in and aware of your body. Learn to move your own Chi; become aware of stored 'stuff' and gain the ability to “digest” it. Nurture your positive Chi and your bio-electromagnetic field using simple thought and movement practices to create a reliable, reproducible sense of well-being.
Although this class slowly evolves we take the time to explore each core practice for several weeks. 60-75 minutes.
