✨Embodied Tea ✨
Overview
November 15th | 2-3:30 PM
Awareness Center Yoga
Experience tea as a pathway into embodied awareness.
In this 90-minute gathering, we’ll explore tea ceremony as a somatic and relational practice—a way to tune into the body, ground the mind, and connect in an intentional, supportive space.
Through guided reflection, shared dialogue, and the simple act of drinking tea, we’ll engage the senses and deepen our capacity to listen inwardly and outwardly. This is not a silent or performative ritual, but an accessible and inclusive space for exploring presence through the body–mind connection.
Come as you are. No prior experience with tea or somatic practice is needed.
Facilitated in a warm and welcoming environment. All are welcome.
