A 4-week course, this program will offer simple techniques teaching the mindfulness practice which includes stress reduction, heightened emotional awareness and understanding, as well as an increased acceptance and compassion towards oneself and others. We’ll offer guided meditations, teachings, and plenty of room for open questions and sharing. Attendees must commit to the entire 4-weeks. All are welcome, no previous meditation experience necessary.
