Emberlight: Sound Journey for Inner Warmth
Overview
When the days dim and the air cools, we turn inward.
Emberlight is an evening to rest by the inner hearth — a sound journey for nervous-system calm, gentle warmth, and soul repair after the rush of November.
Through the deep resonance of gong, singing bowls, shruti box, drum, and chimes layers of tone and vibration invite your body to soften and your breath to deepen.
Let sound melt the tension, clear the static, and return you to your quiet center.
Led by Teresa of Alchemy Hillyard.
