From across the state to across the ocean the Ember & Ivy wine dinner will explore North Carolina cuisine from the coastal Outer Banks, through the marsh and Piedmont, and into the Blue Ridge mountains.
The menu will be paired with exquisite wines from around the world by local legend/sommelier Matthew Weiss of the NC F&B Podcast.
