Frequently asked questions

Can I bring my partner/birthing partner?

Yes! We encourage you to bring your partner, birthing partner, friend or family member. This ticket is for two people, please feel free to bring along someone to support, and learn too.

Is there a break for lunch?

Yes, there will be a few comfort breaks, and a longer one to have some food. We recommend bringing some lunch (there is a cafe on site but not always open). Hot drinks are available to enjoy throughout the day too.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourselves is perfect. Some snacks and drinks are recommended but not required. Maybe a comfy pillow if you have a special one. All the equipment needed for the session is provided (eg birthing ball, mat)
