We’re hosting this charity workout to raise funds for the Ellie Fund, a local nonprofit that provides essential support services to breast cancer patients in Massachusetts—including transportation to treatments, grocery gift cards, healthy meal delivery, childcare, emotional support for patients and their families, and more—all free of charge during one of the hardest times in their lives.
Their mission is simple but powerful: to make life a little easier during one of life’s hardest battles—so patients can focus on healing, not logistics. Every dollar raised goes directly toward helping local families feel cared for and supported when they need it most.
The event will feature two styles of movement:
- HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): A fast-paced workout that alternates between bursts of intense effort and short recovery periods to boost your heart rate, burn calories, and build strength.
- Lagree: A low-impact, high-intensity workout done on a mini reformer machine that focuses on core strength, stability, and endurance.
