POWER! It is what separates elite athletes from the otherwise very good ones. Denver Track Club's Elite Power Development Program is a resistance training program designed to give athletes the tools and confidence that is necessary to take performance to the next level.
Who can join?
The Elite Power Development Program is an adult training program that's primarily focused on the sport of track and field but athletes from all sports are welcome to join our program.
Requirements: The only requirement is for you to try your best. It is recommended that you purchase a pair of Olympic lifting shoes.
The Roots Athletic Development facility has 7 Olympic lifting pads, bumper plates, pull-up cages, squat racks, plyo boxes, agility ladders, kettle bells, and much more.

Tim Badger is the General Manager of Denver Track Club, Colorado's most visible post-collegiate track team. He is an outgoing Sports Manager that specializes in Marketing and Talent Acquisition. Badger has 7 years of weight room experience, 6 years distance running, 3 years sprinting ,and holds Level 1 certifications with both USA Track & Field and USA Weightlifting.
