In my program I will teach you healthy habits PLUS help you learn to tap into your personal intuition. This will get you farther than any other method you've tried, because honestly, all of the answers are within us, we just need to learn how to access them.

  • Day 1 - We will explore how Yoga helps with anxiety and depression, the many types of Yoga and begin tapping into our inner wisdom to find the right Yoga class for YOU!
  • Day 2 - We will dive into 'clean eating' with basics such as healthy food swaps (ie. what to eat if fast food is your only option; making sparkling water more delicious than soda, sugar cravings/salty cravings) plus getting enough to eat/not overeating (again your intuition will help you) and help deciphering the conflicitng information from different "nutrition" experts
  • Day 3 - We learn the ways NATURE can reset our mind and body, utilizing this free remedy for mental serenity and physical strength. We also cover physical activity, exercise and how the body and mind really are connected.

We have 3 days of powerhouse information you can begin using right away- we meet for 1 hour each day that includes Q & A time at the end of every session.
