Diane L. Dee, President of Advantage HR Consulting, brings more than 30 years of

Human Resources experience across corporate, government, consulting, and pro

bono settings. She established Advantage HR Consulting in 2016, and under her

leadership the firm delivers practical, cost-effective HR solutions for small to mid-

sized organizations in the greater Chicagoland area. Diane also regularly delivers

webinars nationwide on a broad range of HR topics.

She holds a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University’s School

of Industrial and Labor Relations and maintains multiple advanced certifications,

including SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPC, SDEI, and SHRM-PQM. Diane also supports

non-profit organizations through the Taproot Foundation, helping them align HR

goals with overall business strategy.
