As each course unfolds Pierre guides diners through the history and philosophy of the Billecart-Salmon house, sharing insights into its centuries-old dedication to precision and purity. Between sips, his passion brings the wines to life, revealing the artistry behind each cuvée and the family’s enduring commitment to balance and beauty. The night becomes more than a dinner—it’s an immersion into the spirit of Champagne itself, shared through Pierre’s expertise and the timeless allure of Billecart-Salmon.
