A Kundalini Yoga One Day Immersion at Green Gulch Farm Zen Center

This one-day immersion is being held within the magical beauty of Green Gulch Farm Zen Center. Located just north of San Francisco in a valley that opens up to the vast Pacific Ocean. Green Gulch, also known as Green Dragon Temple (Soryu-ji), is a Buddhist practice center in the Japanese Soto Zen tradition offering training in Zen meditation and ordinary work.
In this one day immersion we will dive deeply, in a small intimate group, into the sacred teachings of Kundalini Yoga taught by Yogi Bhajan. To practice in nature will empower us all to listen to our intution and let go of our daily worries and replace them with a new state of mind.
We are going to practice: Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Chanting, Hiking and Deep Relaxation with a Gong Bath.The practice will be held in an amazing yurt with green lush nature around us, infinte quiet and high vibrations.We are going to eat a warm and delicious organic lunch, grown on the Green Gulch farm.

Regular Ticket $155 after April 15th
What to bring: Yoga Mat provided, Journal, Pen, Hiking Shoes, Socks, Water Bottle(bring extra bottles for the spring!), Sun Screen, Hat, extra warm clothes in case it's windy.
