What You Need to Know

• RSVP will be required for EVERYONE attending, including children.

• Our Children's Ministry will be available for grades Pre K 3-5th grade. Limited capacity.

• Cafe and our communal areas will be temporarily closed.

• If you do not feel comfortable attending in person, we invite you to join us for our online services every Sunday on goelevatechurch.com at 8:30am in Spanish or 10:30am in English.

For Everyone's Safety

• Masks / face-coverings are required for everyone attending age 3 and over.

• Your temperature will be checked at the door. If your temperature is 100° or higher, you will be asked to return home.

• Hand sanitizing stations will be available.

• Families will be seated together in the Auditorium or Overflow. Ushers will show you to your seat. Seating availability is on a first come first serve. Both Main auditorium and overflow will be available. Please note Overflow will be a video venue only.

• Offering buckets will not be passed. You are encouraged to give electronically here: goelevatechurch.com If you prefer to give in person, collection boxes are available in the Auditorium for your tithes and offerings.

Before You RSVP

• Please ensure that none of the following applies to you or your family:

• Fever of 100° or higher in the past 14 days.

• Flu symptoms in the past 14 days.

• Exposure to someone that has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

• If any of these conditions apply to you or a member of your family, we invite you to join us for our online services.

Elevate Church follows the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for the health and well-being of our members, guests, and staff. You must follow all posted instructions while visiting Elevate Church.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By visiting Elevate Church, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
