Elevate & Amplify: A Black Business Experience is a virtual venue platform we created to lift the presence of Black businesses and amplify their products, services, and experiences.
August 27-30th, gain access to a virtual venue experience that will allow you to shop, experience culture, and learn from a diverse group of businesses from all over the nation.
Join us for an elevated virtual venue experience with Black-owned businesses from all over the nation and have the opportunity to take part in:
- Workplace-based diversity and inclusion breakout sessions
- Virtual networking events
- VIP Virtual swag bag
- Shopping, Health and wellness demos, and more!

"The True Meaning of Diversity & Inclusion" lead by Karla Benson Rutten of Benson Rutten Innovations. Karla will leas us through a thought-provoking perspective on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and what it looks like in work establishments when done correctly.
Friday, August 28th: "Local Love Day"

Shop with Minneapolis' own Black Businesses and Brands during "Local Love Day."
Black Designers, and business owners and take part in the exclusive chance to hear the experiences of Minneapolis’s black-owned businesses and brands and learn how you can do your part to support, uplift, and recognize companies right in your backyard.

Amplifying the Experiences of Black Business Owners in the Twin Cities Panel Discussion, will allow you to hear their stories of resilience of Black business owners in the Twin Cities during a racially unjust time sparked by the murder of George Floyd. Listen as these Black business owners continue to build their business and brand in 2020.

"Self Care Sunday" with Black Health & Wellness Experts.

"Self Care Sunday, Shopping & Demo Extravaganza," will include yoga demonstrations, workouts, as well as discussions regarding mental health as well as emotional health and wellness from leading Black health and wellness professionals. Learn their perspective on how to maintain a healthy mind, body, and soul in 2020.

"How to Create Impactful Allyship in Business" will be lead by Lisa Tabor from Culture Brokers. Join us as Lisa leads us through a thoughtful and necessary conversation on what it means to say that you are an Ally to the Black community and the ramifications of that declaration in the business sector.
Learn how to leverage any privileged identities, we may hold to assist those who are frequently discriminated against in the workplace.
