Elementary Parent Weekend Workshop: Tools for Resilience & Well-Being
Sunday April 3 from 1pm-4pm at Natick High School (in person)
For parents and caregivers of elementary aged children
Laura McCarthy, MA, will share practical ideas and strategies to help you build connection, manage stress and understand and talk with your child about their emotional and physical needs. Participants will build these tools through hands-on activities and discussion with other parents and caregivers.
ASL interpretation is available -- please share any accessibility needs in your registration as soon as possible to help our team meet your needs.

- This event will be held outside, weather permitting. Please dress accordingly.

About Our Presenter
Laura McCarthy, M.A., is SPARK’s Director of Small Group Programs and has been leading SPARK’s parent discussion groups for the past 8 years. Laura has a master’s degree in Child Development and is an experienced parent educator and Natick mom to two teenagers. Laura is passionate about promoting social-emotional wellness and resilience in children and families.
