Starting October 13, 2017, through December 11, 2017.

In this course, participants will explore the basics of electrical engineering and programming with the SparkFun Development Board. Learn schematic design and build your own circuits, and then control them with your iPhone or Android device. Dive into the Internet of Things and see how everyday objects can be controlled from miles away with a message or a tweet.

What Will Students Learn?


Students Will Learn to:

  1. Read circuit schematics
  2. Program in the Particle Build IDE
  3. Connect with an iOS or Android device
  4. Use input and output devices, such as sensors and speakers
  5. Connect to the IoT (Internet of Things) thru Wi-Fi
