As one Walmart attendee states, "Of all the seminars I attend, your format is by far the best. Brief informative talks from vendors, followed by one-on-one time at their booth to find out more. I am out of the office for less than a day yet I have access to all the different solutions. This year I will follow up with two vendors." As another IT Director commented, "Thanks for hosting a very informative meeting with vendors that tied in well; it was an integrated picture of technologies that work together to create a complete infrastructure solution for the workplace."
Join your peers from UTEP, Texas Tech University, Yselta Schools, Clint Schools, University Medical Center, Del Sol Medical, HCA Healthcare, First National Bank, First Light Federal Credit Union, City of El Paso and many more organizations who are confirmed attendees.
Every attendee receives a full hot breakfast, complimentary WiFi, plus 3 CPE credit hours towards your CISSP or other certification. There are drawings for $100 gift cards and other prizes, at both the start and end of the event (must be present to win).

8:40 - 9:10: Multi-layered security architecture to protect data, applications and confidential information with ESET
It seems like every day the news is riddled with high profile data breaches and ransomware attacks. We all sit back and wonder, how could this have happened?
During this session Ben Reed, Senior Technical Content Strategist at ESET, will take a deep look into what the most common elements of a cyberattack. Discover how easily hackers can penetrate most systems and what they do with your information after they get it. Finally, learn how using a layered security approach can help keep your data out of hands of cyber-criminals, and your business off the front page news.
9:10 - 9:40: Tier 1 Primary Storage Redefined, With Cloud Integration, From Pure
For years, organizations have had to choose between the highest reliability (Tier 1 disk arrays) and storage purpose-built for the cloud era (modern all-flash arrays). The latest offerings from Pure Storage, which will be covered during this technical and informative briefing, eliminate the need for this compromise/tradeoff. Specifically organizations can leverage Tier 1 reliability (99.9999 percent availability and active multi-site clustering for a true zero RPO/RTO) with the innovation of rich data services, native cloud integration, and 100 percent NVMe flash for the fastest, future-proofed performance.
9:40 - 10:10: Stress-Free Backup Storage from ExaGrid
If the time you spend managing backups could be better spent on other more important IT initiatives, then you want to learn how ExaGrid’s disk backup with data deduplication appliances solve the problems that have plagued backup storage since the very beginning of IT, as well as the newer problems caused by virtualization and explosive data growth.
ExaGrid’s unique landing zone and scale-out architecture provide the fastest backups, restores, and offsite tape copies as well as VM boots in seconds to minutes, versus hours with other solutions. ExaGrid keeps the backup window fixed in length even as data grows at a reduced cost up front and over time.
End of Presentations, Coffee Break, Product Demonstrations and Exhibit Open Open, Raffle Prize Drawings for $100 gift card and other great items!
