"Eggciting" Future Pastry Chef Camp Full Day Sessions

Our Full day camp sessions will bake up an “Eggciting” summer with yummy cakes, cookies, cupcakes and sweet treats during our 13th annual summer baking camp. Come for the morning, afternoon, or full day camp. Campers take home desserts every day, and recipe the last day of camp. We’ll measure, stir, scoop, bake, decorate, and…even wash dishes.
Morning (9:30 am–12:00 pm) With this year’s “Eggciting” theme we’ll be making sweet treats with and without eggs. The morning session includes a cake and cookies iced with fun color flow frosting, Boston cream pie cupcakes and cake pops.
Bring your own lunch to eat between sessions
Afternoon (12:30 pm–3:00 pm) Find out how eggs are used to make two of the most popular restaurant desserts - Crème Brulee and New York style cheesecake! We’ll pipe meringue cookies in fun shapes and finish our signature cinnamon yeast rolls with a shiny egg wash.
Treats made during camps are bought home for all to sample. Camps ideal for 8-12 year olds.
