Egg Cooking Class

This unique cooking class is designed to help all those chicken owners who have an over abundance of eggs at one time or another.
Anne-Marie, a fantastic chef, will demonstrate several delicious egg dishes to help us get past the typical hard boiled egg and egg salad.
A few of the recipes on the menu: Eggs Benedict, Quiche, and Lemon Semi Friddo
