--Rick Carroll, a business lawyer who advises and counsels growth companies and investors as part of his venture capital and private equity practice.
-- Garrett Melby, co-founder & executive director of GoodCompany Ventures, a nonprofit accelerator for social entrepreneurs which has mobilized over $40mm in private capital to scale their impact.
-- Pamela Rainey Lawler, best known in Philadelphia as the founder of Philabundance, the leading organization in the region dedicated to eliminating hunger and food insecurity, Pamela is also a writer and editor with years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, and community and civic engagement.
-- Matan Shmuel, Attorney, Saul Ewing LLP (moderator) assists businesses with tax planning and provides general tax advice focused on start-ups and emerging growth companies in the technology and life sciences industries.
