We will explore what qualities and traits are crucial in great leadership - what works, what doesn't, and how to get the most out of your relationships, teams, Board of Directors, stakeholders, shareholders and indeed, your individual employees. You will learn the power of enrolment versus manipulation. You will become more accountable and responsible and become more aware of how you are perceived by your peers, subordinates and bosses which in turn will help you to become a better leader.
