This course instructs inspectors on how to deal with difficult people to result in positive outcomes. It also teaches conflict resolution.
About this event
To communicate effectively is the primary skill that brings forth positive resolutions to what can be a very contentious experience with citizens. I have over 30 years of instruction in this skill and have had the honor to teach law enforcement, code enforcement and companies in mastering this skill.
