    This 2 hour Webinar invites managers and employees to learn or revisit key communication concepts to skillfully navigate interpersonal conflicts and create a culture of respect in the workplace. The Webinar uses case scenarios and discussions to help participants practice skills to move from silence or violence and hold difficult conversations with humility and impact.
