What is the PREPTM approach?
The PREP approach is a scientifically-based and empirically-tested method of teaching relationship education. It is based on over 30 years of research in the field of relationship health, with much of the research conducted at the University of Denver, and sponsored by the National Institutes of Health. This means that PREP's trainings and workshops are delivered with a seal of integrity that can be trusted.
The Chaplains at MCAS Miramar 3D MAW are dedicated in helping you to improve you communication with your spouse or your fiancé to help you have the best marriage that you can have. We offer the full two-day PREP program designed to help you and your partner work through communication danger signs, hidden issues, zest up your fun and friendship, learn better how to forgive, supporting each other and more!
Our seminars at MCAS Miramar are offered to Active Duty, Reservists, DoD, and their family members on the first Wednesday & Thursday of each month and only taught by trained and certified instructors.
