You are invited to exhibit at the next eFAST Industry Day. Exhibiting is FREE, but space is limited. Your company will be provided with a six-foot table and two chairs. Please consider bringing tabletop displays and promotional materials. You must be a current eFAST MOA Holder AND currently work in the functional area for Air Transportation Support and/or Engineering Services.
Please note vendors only need to register once per company. You are welcome to bring more than one representative.
This networking event is a unique opportunity to speak directly to FAA potential clients and network with potential contracting partners.
There will be 4 events in this series (Please note that registration for each series will begin 3-4 weeks before the scheduled date):
March 28, 2017: Air Transportation Support (ATS) & Engineering Services (ES)
- April 19, 2017: Business Administration & Management (BAM) & Documentation and Training (DT)
- May 24, 2017: Computer/Information Systems Development (CSD) & Research and Development (R&D)
- June 21, 2017: Computer Systems Support (CSS) & Maintenance and Repair (M&T)
Each company is encouraged to choose one (1) of the series events to exhibit, vendors are only allowed to exhibit once per series as to allow others a chance to exhibit. Invitations to the other events will be sent out approximately one month in advance of each event.

NOTE: There is no need to register as an attendee if you have registered to be an exhibitor.
Do I have to be a MOA Holder to be an exhibitor?
Yes, only active MOA Holders are permitted to exhibit. Invitations to attend will be sent out in March 2017.
If my event is already sold out, can I still come to the event?
Yes. If you would like to attend the event as a guest, you are welcome to network and discuss partnership opportunities. There will be a registration for MOA Holders (eFAST Small Businesses) to come to the Industry Days as an attendee.
Are there ID requirements to enter the event?
A government-issued ID is required for all visitors. At least one representative from each company will need to have obtained their Business Development FAA Badge. For instructions, please visit the eFAST KSN Workspace Badge Request Center. Visitors must also sign into the building and be escorted by an authorized badge holder for the duration of their time on-site.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The Orville Wright FAA Building is one block from the DC Metro transit system at the L’Enfant Station Metro Stop. Please visit Washington Metro System Rail Map to view the rail system.
Driving guests will find options for metered street parking as well as nearby parking garages.
How do I find the room?
The Bessie Coleman Center is located on the second (2nd) floor of FAA HQ Building A. It is located directly beside the elevators outside the cafeteria. Look for the eFAST tables and signs as guides.
Can I bring a colleague/assistant to the event?
Yes, please feel free to bring colleagues to the event to assist with set up and customer engagement.
What can I bring to the event?
“Conference” style table displays are welcome. You will be provided with a six-foot table that you can use to display your signage and materials.
Please consider bringing promotional materials including pamphlets, brochures, any collateral marketing materials and branding items.

Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can update your registration information up to 24 hours prior to the event.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, please. If you forget your ticket, the attendants at the welcome desk will electronically log you in at the event.
What is the cost of this event?
This event is free of charge, but registration is required.
Is there Wi-Fi connectivity or outlets for me to use for my display?
Unfortunately, there is no Wi-Fi or electrical connections available for display use within the space.
What time can I set-up for the event?
A member of your company is welcome in the room as early as 8:30am the day of the event.
What time will potential FAA clients be at the event?
FAA employees are invited to the Industry Day from 9:00am to 12:00pm. However, we encourage you to invite your current clients and potential clients to see your exhibit. Your current clients are your best advocates for bringing new work.
Will there be any refreshments?
No, food and beverages are prohibited from the room; however, the FAA Cafeteria is just down the hall.
What time do I need to leave the space?
We ask that all event participants have their display cleaned and removed by 12:15pm.
