The UCF College of Education and Human Performance invites participants to join us for the 4th Annual Educators' Summer Institute (ESI) June 9-10, 2017. ESI is designed for current teachers and administrators seeking recertification and who need the 20 hours of professional development in teaching students with disabilities (SWD) as required under Senate Bill 1108.
ESI requires educators complete three online modules on best practices for inclusive education under the mentorship of UCF faculty and attend two days of interactive sessions facilitated by experts in the field of Exceptional Education.
The UCF College of Education and Human Performance's Exceptional Education Program continues their leading role in providing high quality preparation for educators. Attendees have the unique opportunity to visit and explore the nationally acclaimed TeachLivE™ Lab, where they will enhance their behavior management skills in a safe virtual classroom. Other cutting-edge instructional technology demonstrations will also be available to attendees in the Technology Showcase.
Friday and Saturday registration fee includes free parking, continental breakfast and lunch.
If you require special accommodations during the conference or for the online modules, please contact Dr. Maria Reyes at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds available until May 26, 2017; send requests to email@example.com
