The School Reform Commission repeatedly overlooks communities opinions. They make decisions in spite of you instead of with you. September 22 the community turned out and together we began a process of engaging thousands of Philadelphians in the creation of our community driven plan for good schools.
But in order to create this community plan, we need your input.
We are having 3 town hall meetings where you can share your thoughts on what works in schools and what should be included in this plan.
Get your ticket for the Thursday Oct. 25th at 6:00 at Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Center, 21st and Cecil B. Moore.
Come and make your voice heard as we create a plan for the future of our schools?

ACTION United was formed to advance the interests of low and moderate income families around Pennsylvania on the issues that are of critical importance to us: economic justice for low income and working families; fair lending practices and a real solution to the foreclosure crisis; good schools; clean air and a safe environment; and quality affordable health care.
