In this interactive salon, we are diving into a conversation about metrics -- about how grades and standardized testing do a poor job of measuring students' capabilities, and ultimately, how they are not the things that companies care about, nor are they effective measures of human growth.

How do we go about measuring things that matter? How do we measure ones' ability to empathize? To communicate well? To be self aware? How can we measure ones' capacity to problem solve? To resolve conflict? To lead teams? If we can measure these things, how can we find meaningful ways to move the needle of growth in students today?

Join us, along with professionals who are doing work in the various aspects of the world of education to shed some light on these questions.
