                                     Apply to join the 2015 EdTech Mission to NYC
UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) and Edtech UK are  proud to present the first EdTech Mission to NYC.                                                          This market visit offers British businesses the opportunity to explore the US education market and NYC’s EdTech landscape.

We  are currently recruiting Edtech companies to join us for 2 days of workshops, networking events, company visits, and much more! You’ll learn about best practice for US expansion strategy, business development, education market opportunties and meet and network with your NY counterparts, and corporations and partners from the NY Department of Education.
Delegates will also attend Education Business Forum, the US’ premiere conference for Edtech companies and industry leaders with a programme focused on helping attendees learn how to increase their company's value by increasing capital, revenue, being more open to investment and profitability.

What to expect on the 2015 EdTech Mission                                       to NYC

  • A pre-mission briefing from Edtech UK and UKTI teams in the UK
  • Attendance at an Edtech UK reception with US guests and the CEO of Tech North on 7 December
  • Full access to the Education Business Forum conference on  8 - 9 December
  • Network  with senior executives and partners in US Edtech
  • Participate  in presentations, panels, and workshops covering the most important issues facing UK Edtech companies growing their businesses in the US
  • Learn  from industry insiders about financing, partnership development and doing business in New York City

About the Education Business Forum (EBF)                                         Sponsored by ETIN (EdTech Industry Network of SIIA), this is the US’ premier EdTech conference, attended by over 300 EdTech executives who focus on the financial and growth side of their companies.  Here, you’ll meet your US and international counterparts, make key business connections, and pick up helpful tips on how to plan your international expansion.

2015 NYC EdTech Mission Costs and Deadlines 
Cost of attendance is $395 and includes the Education Business Forum 2015 ticket. Applications must be received no later than 23.59 BST on 26 November 2015.  Delegates must pay in advance to secure their space in the delegation.  Acceptance is non-transferrable. Cost of delegation does not include airfare or accommodations which are the sole responsibility of the attendee.

  Terms and Conditions The conference registration   fee is $395. Application to attend the mission does not guarantee selection, which is determined through a competitive review process. In order to participate in the mission, you must   make payment of the  registration   fee by the   assigned deadline.
