DCAM™ is the documentation of the capabilities and best practices required to establish a sustainable data management program. This foundation training will encompass the 8 componants of DCAM, scoring methoology and an accreditation test.
Foundations training provides participants with a comprehensive overview of the core concepts associated with sustainable data management. It focuses on the best practice capabilities required to successfully establish a data management program within your organization. The two day interactive session covers the underlying philosophy of DCAM, an understanding of the scoring methodology, how to apply the model based on real-world examples and how the various segments relate to one another. The Foundations training class is designed to support the practical application of DCAM and to position data management as part of your organization¹s long-term culture of operations.
DCAM Foundations training will be led by John Bottega (author of DCAM and the financial industry's first Chief Data Officer).
