Event description

Description

Did you participate in National Novel Writing Month in November? Are you considering your next move? The creator of NaNoWriMo, Chris Baty, suggests a 6-week plan for taking a breather and getting your manuscript in shape. Join the Aspiring Writers Circle as we hear from a working editor on how to edit your work, so you can start that 6-week path. This is an ideal session for any writer who is wrestling with that next step.

Jessica Spotswood is the author of the historical fantasy trilogy The Cahill Witch Chronicles and the contemporary novels Wild Swans and The Last Summer of the Garrett Girls. She is the editor of the feminist anthologies A Tyranny of Petticoats, The Radical Element, and Toil & Trouble. Jess lives in Washington, DC, where she works as a Children's Library Associate for the DC Public Library.
