This first of its kind nonprofit event will feature the
five finalist chefs, chosen from a preliminary round of judging,* presenting their three course tasting menu pairing Texas appellation wines with iconic
Texas food to ticketed guests at a sit-down dinner. The Grand Prize winner and runner-ups will be
announced at the end of the evening by our special guest judges panel. A special People’s Choice Award will also be presented. Proceeds will benefit the nonprofit Texas Center for Wine and Culinary Arts.
Ticket sales are limited to 150 guests.
*The preliminary competition was open to any Central Texas restaurant or catering company. Preliminary judging was done by a panel of notable Texas wine and food professionals, who are also invited guests for the final competition event.
