This class will cover the basic science behind sour vide for both the home and professional cook. Class includes three different methods of using sous vide, food safety, and how it fits into a busy lifestyle. Participants will sample holiday foods, receive a course certificate, and a discount coupon for Julabo equipment. Class size is limited.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Johnson & Wales University Chef Dustin fulfilled his externship by working at Walt Disney World’s premiere location, Victoria & Albert’s in the Grand Floridian. Dustin worked along the east coast in the best kitchens to learn from culinary masters. In 2014 Dustin helped open 187 Rue Principale in his hometown of Emmaus. Currently, he is the Corporate Chef-fustionschef Account Manager at Julabo USA, Inc.
